Yes, not too far from it; I believe they called the weather system that brought this snow an “Alberta clipper”. We are south of Lake Erie.

We live close (500 miles) to the Pacific Ocean and generally enjoy milder weather.

No such luck here, haha. Lake-effect snow is what we usually deal with in the winter, but truth be told, we like it this way. 🙂
